Webster: Passed suddenly on December 5, 2013, at age 57. Predeceased by his mother, Doris Kevin and father, Herbert Kevin. Mike is survived by his beloved family: wife, Shelley Long; their daughters, Andrea, Stephanie & Jessica; sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Rick Spinelli.
