I knew Mark since we were both three. We went to Seneca Grade School together for Kindergarden and then I had to go off to St. Thomas the Apostle. Mark was an "honorary brother" in our family. He loved cars and could fix anything with or without a motor. He moved to Vermont after collage to ski and build a cabin in the woods with his own hands. He returned to Rochester and fixed up three historic houses, two of which were in Corn Hill ( both on Landmark Tours). He was curious about everything and was able to travel extensively. He eventually settled in Pittsford where he rebuilt an old MG, did extensive carpentry on his house and his cabin on Canadice Lake. Just before he passed he told his family and close friends he was mad because "He had so much more shit he wanted to do". Mark was the most wonderful friend a person could have.
